Your 30 days to return

You can return most items to us within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. We can't see the exact moment a parcel reaches you, so we count the 30 days from the delivery date we estimated when you ordered. Your order page shows the exact date your window closes.

How to start a return

Use the link in your order confirmation email to open your order, choose the items and tell us why. We'll review it and email you the return address and a reference to quote. Can't find the email? Contact us atcare@forgewick.co.uk.

Postage

If you're returning something because you've changed your mind, you pay the postage to send it back. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, tell us and we'll arrange the return at our cost.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the goods back (or evidence that you've sent them), to the way you paid. Please return items unused and, where you can, in their original packaging — we may reduce a refund if an item has lost value through handling beyond what's needed to check it.

What can't be returned

Items made to your specification, and sealed goods that aren't suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed.
